It’s so funny to me that we have so many of the same challenges when we think about the world, but my reactions in China are a bit different. I’ve been sitting out of things – I just want to make sure that I’m fully charged for work and diverting my energy to a few big things a week.
I have three tells for when I’m starting to push too hard:
1. It gets hard to wake up.
2. I forget things and lose things.
3. Illness – real or imagined, I start getting sick.
